When produce daily use ceramics or artistic ceramics,it is often necessary to use clay with high strength and plasticity,some extrusion molding special ceramics also have high requirement on strength and plasticity.Some high strength clay has weak plasticity,some clay with high plasticity doesn’t have enough strength.So,the ceramic industry is hoping to find a new product that could both effect on strength and plasticity.Therefore,we developed efficient plasticized binder which provides both good strength and plasticity that could contribute to the ceramic production.

I.Product code: GA-452 series

II.Appearance: white or light yellow powder

III.Application: General dosage of the GA-452 is 0.1%〜0.3%,depends on the performance of clay in formula.

VI.Storage method & instruction: Keep sealed ,store in dry and cool place.The product’s performance should be judged not only by testing its viscosity or flow speed of solution but also by testing the strength of small samples after drying.
